This is the most important part of getting paid!
- Navigate to Sales > Invoices.
- Click Create New Invoice.
- Select a Client: Choose the client you just created from the dropdown menu. Their details will fill in automatically.
- Add Line Items:
- Click Add Line or Add Item.
- Describe your service or product (e.g., “Spiritual Coaching Session”).
- Set the Quantity (e.g., 1) and the Price.
- You can also add any applicable Taxes if you have them set up.
- Set Dates:
- Invoice Date: This is usually today’s date.
- Due Date: This is when you expect to be paid (e.g., “Net 15” or a specific date).
- Review & Send:
- Review the invoice total.
- Click Save or Save as Draft if you’re not ready.
- Click Send Invoice to email it directly to your client. You can also download it as a PDF to send manually.
